July 4th week Holiday Rates – 3 night minimum

July 3 – July 6

Room 3,5 & 6 : Private bath and AC              $310 /nightly

Room 7 : Shared bath, ocean views and AC   $295/nightly

Policies

~Reservations require full payment for a single night stay or a 50% deposit for longer stays. The balance of your stay plus parking fees if applicable is due 13 days prior to your arrival.

~ Limited parking is available at a cost of $15/per night. Advanced notice is required and parking will be granted ONLY if a space is available.

~ Cancellations require 14 days notification prior to your arrival date. With 14 days notice you will receive a refund of your deposit less a $35 processing fee. With fewer than 14 days notice your deposit will NOT be refunded.

~ No refunds are given for early departure.
